Manufacturing & delivery
- How long does a ring take?
- Every ring is made to order in our atelier in 2 to 3 weeks, then checked before it leaves.
- How much is shipping?
- Destinations, shipping options and their costs are shown at checkout, before you pay. Every parcel is tracked.
- Can I see my ring before it is made?
- Yes — the configurator generates a photorealistic preview of your exact design before anything is crafted.
- Can I see the stone before buying?
- Yes, over a live video call with an advisor.
Diamonds & certification
- Are the diamonds real?
- Yes — lab-grown diamonds, physically and chemically identical to mined stones. Every centre stone is certified by the IGI laboratory.
- What quality are the stones?
- Colour D-E, clarity VS1-VS2 — top of the colour scale and eye-clean, on every stone, centre and sides. The certification details are shared before you pay anything.
- Which metals do you use?
- 14K & 18K gold — white, yellow or rose, at the same price across the three colours.
Sizing & care
- How do I find my ring size?
- Our ring size guide walks you through two simple measurements. Every ring is made to US 7 as standard, and any other size on request at no extra cost.
- What if the size is wrong?
- If the ring does not match the size ordered, the resizing is on us. Resizing for a later change of mind is quoted individually before anything is done.
- How do I care for my ring?
- Rinse in warm soapy water, dry with a soft cloth, and remove the ring for sport or cleaning products. Write to us anytime to have the setting checked.
Orders & payment
- Are taxes included in the prices?
- Yes — prices are shown in USD or ILS and include VAT. Custom designs are quoted individually: the price is confirmed after review, before anything is made.
- Can I return a ring?
- You may return your ring within 14 days of receipt, unworn and in its original condition. One resizing is offered free of charge.
- Can a catalogue style be made bespoke?
- Every ring in the catalogue can be rebuilt around the stone, metal and setting you prefer — start from the product page with “Customize this design”.
